Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-08-25 · By installing or using FlightFlow you agree to these terms.
1. Service
FlightFlow is a flight operations management platform for iPhone. It provides tools to record flight tasks, compute weight & balance and basic performance figures, store records locally, optionally sync them to the cloud, and produce a PDF dispatch release.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old and not barred from operating the aircraft you intend to use FlightFlow with. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
3. Permitted use
- Use FlightFlow to manage your own or your organisation's flight records.
4. Prohibited use
- Do not rely on FlightFlow as the sole basis for any operational decision.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code beyond what applicable law permits.
- Do not use FlightFlow to record or transmit data that is unlawful under the jurisdictions in which you operate.
5. Aviation Disclaimer — please read carefully
FlightFlow is an aid to flight management and computation, not a substitute for any official source.
All calculations and outputs produced by FlightFlow — including but not limited to weight & balance figures, performance figures, fuel planning, dispatch limits, and timestamps — are provided as a flight-management aid only.
FlightFlow does NOT replace, and is not intended to replace:
- The official aircraft flight manual (AFM / RFM / POH) published by the aircraft manufacturer.
- Any aviation regulation, airworthiness directive, operator's manual or operations specification issued by the relevant civil aviation authority.
- The pilot-in-command's own situational awareness, training, experience and final judgement.
Final operational decisions — including whether to conduct, a flight, whether the aircraft is in a safe state to fly, and how to respond to an in-flight emergency — are the sole responsibility of the pilot-in-command. The pilot must verify all FlightFlow outputs against the current AFM / RFM / POH and applicable regulations before flight and must exercise final judgement based on the actual conditions.
Rotorcare, the FlightFlow project, the Project Lead and any contributor do not assume, and expressly disclaim, any liability for decisions made in reliance on FlightFlow outputs.
6. Intellectual property
FlightFlow, the FlightFlow logo, the brand and the underlying software are the property of Rotorcare. The iOS application is licensed, not sold — see the App Store EULA for the licence under which Apple distributes the app.
7. Third-party services
FlightFlow uses the following third-party services:
- Apple ID sign-in — governed by Apple's terms.
- Alibaba Cloud — hosting for the FlightFlow backend (China region).
- Google Fonts — for the Inter and Noto Sans SC web fonts loaded on the marketing site.
8. No warranty
FlightFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotorcare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotorcare's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to FlightFlow shall not exceed the fees you have paid for FlightFlow in the twelve months preceding the claim. Rotorcare shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may stop using FlightFlow at any time. See Account Deletion for how to remove your account and data. Rotorcare may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons with reasonable notice where possible.
11. Changes
Rotorcare may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
